I am very sorry for anyone who may have tried to read current posts here to no avail. Apparently I have no native drive to blog. Regardless the whole dieting exercise was extremely successful. My closing weight is about, 204 lbs. I was down near 198 proir to starting up an excercise routine, and over the past month of excercising I have built up some muslce weight. I am much happier witht he external appearance of my body and will work to maintain this appearance by eating healthy and continuing to excercise.

Salad to start
So you may all know that I am no genius, but I do have a revelation to share with any possible reader. If not then I am simply sharing my thoughts with the Internet, also fine because she is so sexy. So here it is... When you buy sald from albertsons, the ones in bags are half the price and double the salad then the prepackaged lunch surly ones. For you non math majors that's 4x more lettuce per price!!!! So obviously I woke up bright an early today still excited about my sald related saving and I made a southwest Cesar salad. 2102 rocked it! / phone back assembled
I went all weekend without being able to brag about my first team 2102 because my phone was in pieces back In San Luis obispo. Paradox rocked Madera earning the spirit award and first place in finals! They have earned the right and will be attending the world championship. My phone is put back together but with a milky twist. I have a white front screen but black back and black home button. It is being demed the cow phone which is accurate because I attend cow poly. I even got a cow walpaper to complete the theme. On a diet related note all new mediastinal food arrived over the weekend. I order all new types of food so we will see if any of it is edible. Worst case scenario I will simply give up, strip my body of all except a cape and roam the woods as a un feed naked super hero. I hope it doesn't come to that.

The cal poly gym is immaculate. One of the best layed our user friendly pretty gyms I have been in. Being the proceffioanl work outer you know I am I am qualified to offer such re views. And there are soo many attractive girls!

According to the scale in my laundry room which took 4 resets until it finally registered anything, I way the about the same idiotic weight I weighed last week, the week before , and the week before that. Somewhere happily seated between 205 and 210. It is by far one of the most disheartening Mornigs I have had in some time. I'm goofy push through result or not untill summer vacation. It is by far the most hard ecause in my oppinion this past week was one of my best. I am still attending the gym four days a week. Intramural soccer is starting soon. I will eat as strictly to this diet as I can this week. I need it as experimental data to show if or if not I am even capable of loosing more weight. The silver take home is though that I feel food. Rested healthy the exact correct amount of soar. It's all these damn fit white California rich kids here that make me envy. Hope all I well with any possible readers. Keep chuggin

Back in the river
Back at SLO means back going strong on the diet. A fox racing magazine came in the mail yesterday advertising this years boardshorts. Damn them reminding me to loose weight. Yesterday was a solid start. I ate my 5 snacky meals ( oh I like calling them snacky meals that may catch on) and went to get a chicken pita pit which was delicious. Also yesterday I submitted my order for next months food. I am mixing it up In a big way so expect lots of pictures of food. I'm writing this from a mechanics class room floor. Jon and I showed up late and didn't bother find chairs. We are headed to the gym after class to get all buff and strong and stuff....go protein errrr man words. Lats and muscles and lifted trucks. Souplantation an Activist Approach
Well you would think they wanted me to loose weight. I mean come on...buttery cheese dippers with feta? TOOO MUUCH CHEESE!!!!!!!! I ate half of one, made a face, and then fed it to my brother and father. Ehhhh. And Peanut butter cookie bar..... sub par my dear...SUB PAR. I left that establishment not wating to exploded but rather wanting to rampage through the salad bar nocking off bowls and plates in a hulk like furry. Chicken Apple South west with feta, beans, and corn chips?? GOD too much in one salad. Stick to a theme, everything good doesn't mix well together. And would it kill them to have some chocolate somewhere for me to eat. I feel like a pregnant woman in there, nothing to feed my chocolate loving infant. Healthy yes, diet wise yes, satisfying eh

An Interesting Breakfast in Laguna
Here is a funny one for all you analytic type complainers
So we found ourselves (jon and myself) at a quaint breakfast burrito establishment in laguna beach some few days past. We had ordered each a burrito when we were approached by none other then the most typical laguna beach 50 year old ever. Not only did this woman have a spray on tan and bleached blonde straight hair, everything about her was fake, from her lip to her seemngly well shapped behind. She struck up a conversation and being the gentlemen jon and i are, we kept up our end of the deal. We told her about our morning walk on the beach and how were visiting from cal poly. What you have to understand about laguna is there are 3 types of people there.
1. Rich people who don't work and are just there.
2. Average - Wealthy people (Us) who can afford to stay for a day or two
3. Average - Wealthy people who want to meet the rich people (her)
For whatever reason this woman took a fancy in jon and myself, maybe due to our adolescent nature, our beutiful flowing hair, or the fact that she though we were trust fun spoiled rich kids having fun on the beach. I mean who can really tell.
She started giving us compliments, ytelling us that we probably looked good on the beach without shirts on, and that she remembered the good old days of trolling for guys on the beach...obviously not too long in her past. It had soo much potential to being a regular conversation...except that she kept taking it farther. She wanted us to go a a lakers game because she swore good looking guys like ourselves could pick up any women there. This little talk continud for another 5 min untill both jon and i were thoroughly sexually confused.
We left standing abruptly and saying goodby as to not draw out any final salutations. My only regret is not taking picture of this woman to post here. Oh well...

A strong week accomplished
It has been a mess of eating with all the commotion of the past week or so. With finals starting monday and my many travels to and from SLO, it has been especially hard to maintain a strict diet. However despite everything, i feel good about this past week. Even when food was inaccessible, I managed to make healthy choices while eating out. I am sorry post have become infrequent. Pure quantity of other activities have made more busy then any other time of my life. More post will be coming, and some good funny stories too!

A good birthday
Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes and gifts. I had a great birthday going for a hike, surfing at montana de oro, and nachos from taco Roco surprisingly good for the central coast.
Revolution
So I have hit a bit of a platue. I know that is spelled wrong. I have only lost one pound over the last two weeks. I believe the main reason is that I ha e gotten too lax on the rules of my diet. The meat N vegi meal has co tiniest to grow in servings and I have used too much BBQ sauce as a whole. :). This week I am going to work hard to regain my lost momentum. A new rule I am in acting on will be that if I have not eaten the meals by a certain time, they will be effectively lost. 12pm is one, 3pm is 3, and 6pm is 5. This way my meal distribution will be much more orderly. I am also going to measure out the quantities for the meat meal much more carefully.

Travel Day Diet Break...Sunday Continues Strong
Took a much deserved snow trip to fresno and ultimately China Peak Mountain. It was amazing! There was finally snow, powder in some spots, and not too any people to congest the mountain. I packed along some of the peanut butter Mideast bars hoping stay true to my diet. Well when I reached to eat them, they had all become melted piles of goo. So...I took a day break from dietung. I still tried to make the healthiest of choices. I ate a vegetable low calorie burrito, a yogurt parfait, and a cookie!!!!!! It was nice to taste bread...a key component not involved in my diet.
Today is sunday and I am back on track. So far today I have only eaten some vegtable crackers which are delicious! Hope all is well with you!

Boil What is Left
So I am definitely in need of a grocery store trip. I checked out what I had left meat and vegi suplies wise, and decided it would be the easiest just to throw it all in a bowl and boil it together. Brocoli, mixed vegis, chicken, and ketchup. Ehh..my best work.
On a unrelated note, my new bike came in! I have been driving back and forth to school in absence of my previous bike, but the new one is here!!!!!!!
It is a road bike, which is a strange thing to get used to. We hiked up a local peak today, bishops peak. To get home we biked down this really steep hill. I was not yet used to having a road bik...it scared the shit out of me, just by pure speed.

A Lot to Share
The Bad News First: I may possibly have woken up late sunday to my roommate bring everyone home fresh doughnuts, and I most definitely ate 2 of them!!!!!!!
Oh well not a huge deal. To be honest I am surprised it took nearly a whole week to stray from the diet at all. I waited to report here about it to make sure my confidence and motivation was back in place first. I have gone all day today stringently following the medifast guidelines and have absolutely no inclination to stop such. I feel like I am confessing my sins, which should make you the reader feel great...like a god. Sorry religious folk, I am still not quite sure what offends you but I manage to do it from time to time.
Some good news:
I made a pack of the Chocolate Chip Pancake mix and It was Amazing!!!!!!!!! Definitely going to be ordering more of such. It only has 110 calories and about 25% of all of your daily vitamins. I ate it without any toppings and it was still great. You skinny people might even enjoy it. Also Natalie you should admire that I managed to make the picture be on the right side of the screen! Go formatting.
Some other good news: I reorganized how I was managing food (I realized that I have no idea what I will want to eat any time more then 30sec before I am going to eat it, so planning a week ahead simply got too confusing). Now all of the medi fast food it sorted by kind neatly in the cabinet. Also, note that the picture is on the left now!
THE BEST NEWS!!!!!!!! I'll let the next picture speak it for me

Blender + Peanut Butter = Amazing
I bought a blender from target for $30. With it I blend up a tray of ice and add a packet of peanut butter soft serve powder. Man does it taste great. Like a mix between an Iced coffee drink and ice cream. Total win. And I checked the. Intriguing facts, I'm getting something like 25% of all my daily vitamins. Steroids!
I got a prescription today for steroids to help heal a poison oak infection I procured last week. I think the combo of the drugs and eating very little has certainly put me in a strange spot. I feel lofty and light headed, and have little chills throughout my body. On a lighter note the soy crisp crackers as well as the bars are very tasty. I think I have realized I prefer food that doesn't come in a hot cocoa packet.

PEACH OATMEAL A WIN
Woke up early today for an 8:00 class. Was thinking about just skipping breakfast until later. Remembered last minute that today was my first day and thought (do thoughts go in quotes?) "I want to start off strong and early". (I think there should be a dreamier bracket for thoughts like a cloud on each side... for instance when the pretty girl walked by the man thought (cloud bracket)Man what a looker(cloud bracket). ) Anyways the oatmeal was fantastic. Even though it came out of a tiny bag there were little bits of peach moist bites. Despite the fact that in my morning daze I misread the instructions and added 1 1/2 minutes of water and put it in the microwave for 3/4 cup of time it was still great...in its not to warm saturated state :P

Costco cardboard box is perfect to create a place where I can pre select what I will eat every day. Kinda Ironic. The box is huge compared to the food it will hold

The food comes packages with 7 servings to a box. The idea is that you eat one a day but that seems super boring so I mixed everything up.

Rewards system
I was advised to form a rewards system for certain weight loss goals along my way. The rewards can not be food an should be increasingly more substantial. The goals are going to be 210lbs. 200lbs. 190lbs. And my overal goal of 180lbs. What I need is suggestions of rewards for each goal. And for anyone that reads this post an doesn't make a suggestion...yes I can see who reads it... I will make the final rewards an all paid vacation to tp your house! :P
