Ugggh

According to the scale in my laundry room which took 4 resets until it finally registered anything, I way the about the same idiotic weight I weighed last week, the week before , and the week before that. Somewhere happily seated between 205 and 210. It is by far one of the most disheartening Mornigs I have had in some time. I'm goofy push through result or not untill summer vacation. It is by far the most hard ecause in my oppinion this past week was one of my best. I am still attending the gym four days a week. Intramural soccer is starting soon. I will eat as strictly to this diet as I can this week. I need it as experimental data to show if or if not I am even capable of loosing more weight. The silver take home is though that I feel food. Rested healthy the exact correct amount of soar. It's all these damn fit white California rich kids here that make me envy. Hope all I well with any possible readers. Keep chuggin

  1. Don't give up! It's normal to hit plateaus when you are dieting. Also, keep in mind that when you add regular exercise that increases muscle strength. Muscles weigh more than fat! You can attain your goal! Be strong.
