Back in the river

Back at SLO means back going strong on the diet. A fox racing magazine came in the mail yesterday advertising this years boardshorts. Damn them reminding me to loose weight. Yesterday was a solid start. I ate my 5 snacky meals ( oh I like calling them snacky meals that may catch on) and went to get a chicken pita pit which was delicious. Also yesterday I submitted my order for next months food. I am mixing it up In a big way so expect lots of pictures of food. I'm writing this from a mechanics class room floor. Jon and I showed up late and didn't bother find chairs. We are headed to the gym after class to get all buff and strong and stuff....go protein errrr man words. Lats and muscles and lifted trucks. Sausage and eggs. Eggssssss

    Exercise is good stuff! Also enjoyed you're little Soup Plantation Rant. Miss you already. Keep up the positive diet spirit.
