Very much agreed. I had some chipotle tobasco sauce a while back that I was putting on everything boring. Normally tabasco is not my all time favorite hot sauce, but their chipotle sauce was damn good, and the campus cafes all have cholula, so that's also become a go-go. Onto a little vial of shichimi togarashi now, just to keep the spice-flavor rotating. -Isaac
