I was advised to form a rewards system for certain weight loss goals along my way. The rewards can not be food an should be increasingly more substantial. The goals are going to be 210lbs. 200lbs. 190lbs. And my overal goal of 180lbs. What I need is suggestions of rewards for each goal. And for anyone that reads this post an doesn't make a suggestion...yes I can see who reads it... I will make the final rewards an all paid vacation to tp your house! :P
210 lbs: entertainment (concert, movie, video game)

180 lbs: new clothes

ReplyDeleteDo things you like to do and build them up like go to a movie first then go out go get clothes and then go to Disneyland with me (cuz that's the best reward of all)!!! But seriously do things that make you feel like you've accomplished something and proud of yourself=]
ReplyDeleteI wrote this whole awesome and might I add kinda funny comment but it didn't work:( My recreation of it is going to be a fail. But regardless, the end point of my previous now noexistant comment was that I think that you should reward yourself with:
ReplyDelete1. New shoes (because they will make you look and feel great!)
2. A trip to Disneyland (because it is the happiest place on earth)
3. New DJing stuff or lights or whatever it is that floats your boat
4. An all paid trip to my casa, where you are welcome to play with our new tiny puppy named Oso:)
