A good birthday

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes and gifts. I had a great birthday going for a hike, surfing at montana de oro, and nachos from taco Roco surprisingly good for the central coast.

Revolution

So I have hit a bit of a platue. I know that is spelled wrong. I have only lost one pound over the last two weeks. I believe the main reason is that I ha e gotten too lax on the rules of my diet. The meat N vegi meal has co tiniest to grow in servings and I have used too much BBQ sauce as a whole. :). This week I am going to work hard to regain my lost momentum. A new rule I am in acting on will be that if I have not eaten the meals by a certain time, they will be effectively lost. 12pm is one, 3pm is 3, and 6pm is 5. This way my meal distribution will be much more orderly. I am also going to measure out the quantities for the meat meal much more carefully.

Double down

Last night I had two remaining meals around 11 pm. I think what I have done is simply pure genius. I combined two meals into one great amazing one. A chocolate brownie on top of chocolate pudding! Win!!¡!¡

Another trip to the snow made it even harder to stick to the untasty food. But back home and back on track. Super tasty chicken sald! Been buying food from target and I have to say way impressed
